chelf. is a professional organization company based in los angeles founded by charlotte upshaw. in 2020, chelf. was birthed out of a need amongst peers seeking organized methods in their homes & creative spaces. as someone who was naturally organized, charlotte merged her creativity & void in this community in an effort to fill the need for black organizers. organizational services seemed out of reach or just an afterthought once talking to peers, so leaning into building chelf. was a no brainer.
